This item is exactly as advertised- It is a FAUCET TRIM KIT. I already bought a Price Phister complete shower faucet set and the mixer has been installed. Now (several years later) I am finally finishing the bathroom. The decor has changed to Oiled Bronze and I was faced with buying a complete new faucet set (for $180). Instead, I bought the trim kit and am saving $100. Next time folks read the LARGE print and don't think you can buy a $180 complete faucet for $65. Amazing, 5 of you did exactly the same thing!!

I ordered this thinking I was getting a great deal and unfortunately it wasnt. The hot/cold water mixer is not included therefore the advertised savings of over $200+ dollars is a lie. I am not very happy and now have to find out what the refund procedure is going to be.

This item is listed as a shower FAUCET. It is not a FAUCET, it is a TRIM KIT. They are not the same thing. The description does not say that this is a trim kit only anywhere. I'm hoping I don't get stuck paying a restocking fee for someone else's error.

Not the whole faucet as advertised...only the trim kit. Not any savings over purchasing the whole product at Lowes. Shame on this seller!

I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING A FAUCET NOT THE TRIM ONLY. IT SHOULD HAVE SAID "THIS IS TRIM ONLY - NOT A FAUCET"!!!

I PAID ALMOST AS MUCH FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS & RESTOCKING FEE AS THE PRODUCT COST!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

I thought I was saving money buying this for a bathroom remodel. Imagine my surprise when I found out that it was trim only and didn't have the necessary parts for my contractor to use. If that wasn't bad enough, there was nowhere to buy the needed parts. I had to go to my local home improvement center and buy another shower faucet kit. Now, I'm stuck with this trim and can't kind the parts. I wish I had read these reviews before buying.
